REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your Sockbrigade products. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. We offer free exchanges in the US, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely, pre‐orders). Please email support@ Sockbrigade.com to request a free return label within the US. If you wish to exchange your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.

Free exchanges within the US if merchandise is unworn and brand new. Only one free exchange per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn’t fit you either, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Free Returns within the United States on all socks purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products. We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on our products that have not been worn or having labels removed.

Please Note: Socks are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW worn items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. The shipping cost is non‐refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you.

How do I make a return?
You must contact us first at (support@ Sockbrigade.com) and we will then provide you with
a return label and instructions.
All products must be shipped back unworn with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

For international returns outside of the USA, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned socks were not worn and labels removed. Once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund. You can return your socks up to a year after the original purchase, as long as the socks are unworn and in the original condition in which they were purchased.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  3. Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
